Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Method

All personalised songs are digital products. Your completed song will be delivered via email in a high-quality audio format (MP3).

 

2. Delivery Time & Turnaround

We aim to deliver your personalised song within 72 hours from the time your order and all required information are received.

Please note: While we strive to meet this 72-hour turnaround, there may occasionally be delays. Possible reasons for delays include, but are not limited to:

• incomplete or missing information required to create the song

• high order volumes during peak periods (e.g., holidays or Valentine’s Day)

• technical issues with email delivery or file processing

If a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible with an updated delivery estimate.

 

3. What You’ll Receive

• Your unique, custom-written song

• High-quality digital audio file, ready to gift, share, or enjoy

• Optional additional formats if requested (e.g., video or sheet music)

 

4. Usage Rights

You are free to share, perform, or use your song publicly. By purchasing, you are granted the rights to your personalised song for personal or public use.

 

5. Support

If you do not receive your song within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at enquire@writemysong.com.au so we can resolve the issue.

 

6. No Physical Shipping Required

As this is a digital product, there are no physical shipping fees or handling involved.
