At Write My Song, every song is custom-made and created specifically from the information you provide. Because of this, our refund policy is outlined below in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Custom Digital Products
All Write My Song purchases are personalised digital products made to order. Once the songwriting or production process has begun, the product cannot be resold or reused.
For this reason:

Refunds are not available once work has commenced on your personalised song.

This includes change of mind, incorrect information provided, or personal preference regarding the final style.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested only before work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:
Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.
Revisions
Each order includes up to three (3) free revisions, allowing you to request reasonable changes to ensure your song reflects your story accurately.
Revisions do not include complete rewrites or major changes to the original direction unless otherwise agreed.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or remedy if the service:

is not provided with due care and skill;

is substantially different from what was described; or

cannot be reasonably fixed within a suitable timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We aim to deliver your song within 72 hours.
If significant delays occur and we are unable to provide your song within a reasonable time, we will communicate with you and work toward a fair resolution.
